Monthly subscription

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription, paid in advance at the start of each month. Current prices are on /pricing. The Free plan costs nothing.

Free trial

New accounts get a free Pro trial for the period shown on /pricing. You aren't charged during the trial. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan, or by writing to privacy@sapply.io. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your agreements and invoices stay in your account.

Refunds

We don't refund months that have already started. If we charge you by mistake, or the law gives you a right to a refund, we'll refund you.

Payments from your clients

Payments your clients make for your agreements go straight to your own Stripe account or bank account. naits never holds that money, so refunds to your clients are handled by you, in Stripe or by bank transfer.
