The payment is agreed when you sign — and then left to chase

With naits
- Sign and payDay 0 · deposit in your account
- Milestones paid automaticallySame day each milestone is done
From day 0 to day 60 you have done the work and carried the cost — in practice you are the client's bank, giving an interest-free loan nobody asked for. Once the due date passes, the promise to pay is already broken. naits takes the deposit at signing and requests each payment the moment a milestone is done, so the agreement becomes money you can count on.
How it works
- 1
Agreement
Scope, price and payment plan in one document.
- 2
Signed + deposit
Your client signs and pays in a single step.
- 3
Milestones paid
Payment requests and e-invoices go out on their own.
- 4
Reminders on autopilot
If a payment is late, your client gets friendly reminders before and after the due date — you don't have to chase.
Why now
E-invoicing becomes mandatory in Norway on 1 January 2027
Businesses must send structured e-invoices (EHF) to clients who can receive them. naits creates EHF invoices straight from your agreement, so you are ready without changing how you work.
Safe by design
Paid to your own account
Card and bank payments go straight to your own Stripe account or bank account. naits never holds your money.
Signed, with proof
Every signed agreement gets a PDF with a signing certificate: who signed, when, and a fingerprint of the document.
Locked once sent
When the agreement is sent, the price and payment plan can't be changed. Your client pays exactly what they signed.

Is naits a bank? Does it hold my money?
No. Card and bank payments go straight to your own Stripe account or bank account. naits only keeps track of what is owed, when, and whether it has been paid.
Do I have to change my accounting system?
No. naits creates the invoices from your agreement and can send a copy (PDF and EHF file) to your accountant automatically.
What does my client need?
Only an e-mail address. They open the link, read the agreement and payment plan, sign with a one-time code sent by e-mail, and pay the deposit by card or bank transfer. No account needed.
Do I have to send EHF invoices from 2027?
From 1 January 2027, Norwegian businesses must send structured e-invoices (EHF) to clients who are registered to receive them. naits creates EHF invoices on the Pro plan, and our free checker shows which of your clients can receive them.
What happens if my client doesn't pay?
On the Pro plan, your client gets reminders 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and 3 and 10 days after. After 14 days overdue, naits can send a summary to your debt collection partner, and you can always mark a payment as paid yourself.
